Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM Sydney with 1 hr unpaid lunch (35hrs per week)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in the Australian Education sector. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support and demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and email correspondence.

  • Maintain and update records related to student information, enrollments, and compliance (specific to the Australian education domain).

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.

  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline tasks and improve productivity (e.g., document summarization, automation tools).

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Previous experience working within the Australian Education system (e.g., RTOs, CRICOS, universities, or training providers).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
