  • Coordinate trade marketing initiatives and monitor their effectiveness to drive sales growth.

Identify opportunities to further accelerate profitable growth

Develop a clear channel direction and strategy.

Help Sales Team in Achieving 100% Of 2025 pharma target (AUD) Through Securing

Enough Stock from All SKUs According to Business Needs and Market Demand

·        
Work
closely
with
the marketing
team
to
identify
and
develop
the
channel
strategy
for
new
launches
and
execute
the
same.

Customer engagement

·        
Provide
Category
management
and
merchandising
support
to
key
chains
to
ensure
appropriate
shelf
share
for
CHC
brands.

·        
Strong
relationship
management:
Develop and
build
key
business
relationships
with
Key
Pharmacy
Chains
and
lead
mass
customers
and
utilize
influencing
skills
to
engender
greater
collaboration
across
respective
teams.

·        
Long
term
Vision:
Support
in
designing
a
clear
channel
and
key
customer
roadmap
to
facilitate
the
medium
and
long-term
business
growth
objectives.

·        
Create top 20 customer list & visit them at least one / month

·        
Identify
opportunities
to
expand our presence in all pharmacy channels.

 

Trade
marketing
&
visibility

·        
Work
with
the
marketing
team
to
design
trade
marketing
initiatives,
visibility
campaigns,
and recommend promotions
for
key
customers
based
on
shopper
profiling
and
customer
strategy
&
objectives.

·        
Ensure
disciplined
delivery
of
trade
marketing
initiatives
with
the right
visibility
material
including
coordination
with
suppliers.

·        
Develop,
monitor,
and
improve
processes
to
link
all
Marketing
activities
with
the
activities
of
the
Sales
team.
Work
closely
with
the
district
sales
managers
to
ensure
delivery
of
numbers.
