Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for polymers in Mexico, aligned with company objectives. (Indispensable experience)
  • Identify and target new business opportunities and develop and qualify leads.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company terms.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Travel throughout Mexico to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • This position will work in the Bajio zone

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, polymer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastics industry or a related environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Mexican plastics market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing a sales team (a plus).
  • Travel flexibility.
