Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and drive customer engagement plans.
  • Oversee and expand business with dedicated customers.
  • Develop strategies and programs to grow the business and capture market share.
  • Strengthen relationships and build competitive knowledge with customers.
  • Negotiate strategic business at various (management) levels at customers
  • Collaborate with local colleagues from inside sales, customer service, technical sales, business developments managers and field application engineers.
  • Ensure coordination with other departments to optimize service for your customer base.
     

Your Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree or extensive market experience.
  • Professional sales experience, ideally in electronic components.
  • Native-level Lithuanian and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A personable demeanor and customer-oriented work approach.
  • Motivation, ambition, and resilience.
  • Enjoyment of customer visits and associated travel activities.
  • Team player eager to be the "trusted advisor" for customers and our supplier base.
