Job Overview
The Sr. National Account Manager, Partners is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with large, national-level channel partners, driving sales growth by developing strategic plans, providing support, and ensuring partner satisfaction across all aspects of the sales process. This role acts as the primary point of contact and manages the relationship between T-Mobile for Business and key strategic Channel Partners. This role works with the Channel Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales, offers, and new programs that increase partner productivity by solution selling to companies. Responsibilities also include training, enablement, and collaboration with T-Mobile for Business internal teams to achieve results, grow the base and portfolio. This role requires competency in partner- and customer-first thinking, change and innovation, strategy development, account planning and management, as well as relationship building and influencing business leaders internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth targets while protecting existing relationships and book of business. Accountability for commission accuracy, sales reporting, and data analytics for client and their partners. Partner with internal operations teams to construct communication flows, programs, co-op, and team coordination.
  • Establish growth framework to establish and expand T-Mobile as a strategic partner with targeted Primary Agents by developing and maintaining long-term relationships and mutually benefiting business outcomes. Oversee all relational and business aspects to optimize strategic Go to Market (sell-through and sell-with) of T-Mobile through these key business technology partners and/or their distribution partners to meet and exceed the T-Mobile for Business growth target affiliated with these Agents.
  • Stay abreast of client and industry landscape, challenges and problem statements for the industry, unique products, and solutions, and collaborates as an expert with leadership and delivery teams to strategize current and long-term solutions.
Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 7-10 years Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization. Required
  • 7-10 years Selling into and/or through key industry partner clients Preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Negotiation Strong, proven negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Business Analysis Analytical, planning and decision making. (Required)
  • Strategy Strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experiences in a sales and/or wireless organization. (Required)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $147,600 - $266,300, inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $103,320 - $186,410

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
