Our client is on the hunt for a Data Centre Project Director who can bring order to chaos, inspire teams, and deliver digital experiences that wow. If you're strategic, unshakable under pressure, and have a passion for leading high-impact work let s talk.

You will oversee the end-to-end build-out of our data center projects, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of complex projects against the contractual commitments. The role involves leading project teams, setting project objectives, managing resources -and subcontractors, mitigating risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, and communicating project progress to stakeholders.

=ØÞ What You ll Do

• Deliver against contractual commitments, develop comprehensive project plans, considering; timeframes, budgets, resources, quality and potential risks.
• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders involved in the project, including customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Effectively manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular progress updates.
• Address stakeholder concerns and navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
• Motivate and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Provide strategic direction throughout the project lifecycle, making crucial decisions and adapting strategies as needed.
  
  

<Ø¯ß What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Engineering degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of project management and facility design/development experience
• Full lifecycle program management experience planning and managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, people, risk and communications
• Should have a mix of technical and program management skills and experience Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Advanced exposure and knowledge of / datacenter construction / engineering, self-motivated, confident working at a senior executive level and comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of Data Center development, construction, or building automation systems
