Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire renewal cycle, including identifying upcoming renewals, contacting customers, and ensuring timely renewals. 

  • Proactively reaching out to customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns. 

  • Negotiating contract terms to maximize customer retention and revenue, and closing renewals on time. 

  • Maintaining accurate forecasts of upcoming renewals and reporting on key performance indicators. 

  • Establish and build C-Level relationships within designated clients acting as a strategic advisor and partner

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success to define and drive execution of action plans to improve and/or optimize the utilization of BitSight products and services

  • Collaborate with New Business to identify and support expansion opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Account Management

  • Must have strong territory and contact management skills

  • Must have strong consultative and solution selling skills

  • Must have a strong track record of quota attainment

  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Must be highly organized and capable of managing a high volume of accounts/transaction

  • Must have high energy level, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude

The anticipated hiring base salary for this position is US$100,000 to $120,000 annually for US-based employees not including commissions.  This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.  Bitsight also offers a competitive benefits package, including but not but limited to medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid parental leave; flexible time off; a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities; life and disability insurance; and tuition reimbursement.
