Develop fundamental skills to work in the Operations area, supporting administrative and operational routines under supervision, with a focus on organization, information control and understanding of how the company's operations work. The intern's mission is to learn about operational processes in practice, contributing to team demands and preparing to work with greater autonomy at higher levels of the track.
Key responsibilities include:
Support administrative and operational routines with different areas of the company;
Create, update and maintain documents, spreadsheets and controls for the operations area;
Assist in the analysis of indicators and collection of operational data;
Participate in the planning and execution of operational initiatives with close guidance;
Contribute to the mapping of processes and specific improvements under supervision;
Support communication between areas, ensuring alignment of operational information.
Basic Requirements:
Studying a degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Management Processes or related areas;
Good organization, proactivity and willingness to learn;
Ability to communicate clearly and write objectively;
Basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace and BI tools;
Knowledge of process management and interest in operational areas.
Differentials:
Intermediate English;
Basic knowledge of BPMN and flowcharts;
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Kanban, etc.);
Participation in academic or extracurricular projects with an organizational focus.
