Title: Sr Dir, Product Management

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities: As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategic vision and execution of our Integrated Payments product portfolio, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities to accelerate growth within the rapidly evolving higher education market. Your knowledge of higher education and deep understanding of emerging technologies-particularly artificial intelligence-will enable you to shape innovative, user-centric solutions that anticipate market trends and deliver measurable value. Leveraging design-led product thinking, you will champion a holistic approach that seamlessly integrates market insights, customer feedback, and the latest advancements in AI to create differentiated, impactful products.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning. Your leadership will empower team members to excel at product discovery, validate new concepts, and deliver solutions that address complex challenges faced by both our administrative users as well as payers in higher education. By instilling best practices in product management and maintaining a deep empathy for our users, you will ensure our teams are equipped to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Must Have Experience:

  • Four-year college degree, or equivalent, plus a minimum of 10 years in a product management role.
  • Experience with a B to B to C product portfolio and the ability to balance perspectives of different personas during discovery for a new product or feature.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate complex concepts to management, team members as well as non-technical audiences.
  • A mixture of technical, business, and interpersonal skills to work closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as customers, management, vendors, partners, and the industry.
  • Must be very detail orientated and be able to plan and work flexibly to a deadline.
  • Has an interest in and aptitude for the latest concepts in product design and product management, and a desire to continuously improve the way we build and ship products.
  • Can conceptualize features and functionality from idea stage to implementation and communicate complex information to different target audiences.
  • Ability to drive adoption of new products and/or features.
  • Can travel up to 10%.
