Summary


The Associate National Account Field Maintenance Manager is critical to the successful retention of Ryder's largest accounts. The incumbent is responsible for the improvement of maintenance processes for their assigned national accounts across a broad organization. He/she will measure and report maintenance results to all levels of management within Ryder. Must drive compliance across multiple regions and BUs to improve our service to the National Account Customer. Must identify and document areas of opportunity so that solutions can be put into place. This person is accountable for maintenance KPI improvement for assigned accounts. Must identify and work with the National Account Field Maintenance Manager (NAFMM) to effect change with operational/maintenance issues.
Works with the Ryder locations, NAFMM team, DNA.


Essential Functions

  • Contact poor performing locations for updates, roadblocks, etc. and set action items for continuous improvement. Escalate unresolved issues within the field and to the NAFMM. In conjunction with the manager and other Ryder teams, develop action plans to address technical/ maintenance/ communication issues related to assigned accounts.
  • Review the day-to-day performance metrics for assigned accounts, to include uptime, VMI, breakdowns, etc. Utilize daily/weekly/monthly reporting in Insights, SFDC and other Ryder systems to support efforts.
  • Support the NAFMM with data, recommendations, wins and losses. Produce metric reporting to be shared internally and externally. Support NAFMM with required reporting and presentations as requested.
  • Participate in calls with assigned accounts and NAFMM team to develop oneself for the NAFMM role.

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Five (5) years or more Fleet maintenance related work experience required
  • Excellent PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook, Insights, RIDE, InfoCenter, etc. advanced required

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$85,000

Maximum Pay Range:

$90,000
