National Enterprise Program Manager

The National Enterprise Program Manager supports strategic account activity working with the National Enterprise Account Managers and the National Enterprise Account Developers. This individual is a goal focused collaborator who partners with AM and AD’s to be successful. Key strengths should include creativity and initiative, outstanding people skills, along with prioritization and detail orientation skills. Experience in project management, sales, marketing, design, and/or furniture distribution will be of benefit.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Coordination of activities and deliverables
  • Collaboration with varied National team members, Dealers, Customers, Internal teams
  • Consistent customer experience regardless of their location

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with AM or AD to ensure successful execution of account strategy through structured and scalable processes. Develop and manage comprehensive timelines, milestones and KPIs
  • Provide a single point of contact for clients and professional teams for national project delivery and be readily available to the client when the assigned Sales associate is unavailable
  • Coordinate RFP responses, across various MK teams, working closely with the AD and AM
  • Create a seamless experience between the customer, MillerKnoll and the dealer
  • Drive consistent dealer experiences for clients through training and frameworks to track projects, progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Collaborate closely across the MillerKnoll ecosystem to coordinate activities that serve the customer experience
  • Drive continuous improvement by indentifing opportunites for process optimization, efficiency gains, and customer experience enhancements
  • Maintain client standards and update National standards records/playbooks, driving floor plate sales for MillerKnoll and minimizing competitive product
  • Collaborate with national dealers to maintain customer program awareness and ensure compliance to guidelines, standards, discounts, and terms of sale
  • Provide appropriate checks/balances for project pricing quotes, honoring all relevant conracts
  • Maintain product knowledge of MillerKnoll’s brand portfolio to position our value proposition and ability to deliver full floorplate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with all involved business groups, associates and customers as needed
  • Support account development in scheduled 1:1 calls with AM’s and AD’s
  • Participate in project meetings/calls as apporpriate and create consistent communication plans for each project/client
  • Work within, collaborate, and contribute to a team environment
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives

  • A Bachelor’s degree in relevant academic discipline and applicable professional certification (PMP), an equivalent level of work experience will also be considered
  • Three years of experience in project management/planning or facility management/design with construction trades and/or architectural firms
  • Knowledge of MillerKnoll’s brand of products and services and how we solve problems
  • Knowledge of competing products as well as the abiltiy to distinguish MillerKnoll products and services from the competition
  • Knowledge/understanding of MillerKnoll’s structure and support resources and how to access them in achieving/orchestrating client projects
  • Strong, well developed planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to handle conflicting pressures/deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate and negotiate
  • The ablitiy to work without close supervision and behave as a team player with service-oriented style to provide outstanding service to customers
  • The ablitily to be a self motivated self starter and self confidence to represent MillerKnoll in a professional manner to gain a high level of confidence from customers
  • The ability to cultivate and develop business opportunties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ablities with a strong emphasis  on listening, empathy, conflict resolution, facilitation and professional presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills with specific ability to relate well and build long-term relationships with all levels and diverse types of customers and associates in both formal and informal settings
  • High person performance standards, the desire and ability to continuously learn, and results-oriented work style (i.e. holding yourself accountable for results)
  • A high level of integrity and business ethics
  • Strong financial literacy and business acumen
  • The ability to use office platforms, communication software and tools used in the MillerKnoll office environment
  • A willingsness/ablity to travel as needed and easily without restrictions  and with cross-cultural sensitivity

A starting compensation range for this role is $49,795.00 - $64,745.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
