The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing Key Accounts for half of West Region.

This position reports to the Head- Sales Development and is part of the Sales Team located in Ahemdabad and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Drive the growth and expansion of sales order, revenue and profit margins by driving regional plans and high levels of effective team customer activity; and therefore, increasing market share, competitive differentiation, and profitable growth for assigned territory.

2. Understand and analyse market and competitive dynamics; develop commercial strategies for assigned region.

3. Collaborate with Marketing and SDM Team to ensure the successful launch of New products

4. Build and manage professional relationship with customers, KOLs and cross functional teams to ensure deep understanding of their needs to drive commercial opportunities.

5. This role is based out of Ahmedabad
