What You Need

Non-negotiables

Previous experience in HR and Recruitment (Handled the End to End of Recruitment)
Hiring in Construction(Blue collared) experience (preferably Australian - even better qld)
Understanding is Fair Work/Labor laws is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Being able to sell the job is HIGHLY PREFERRED / Sales Background
