Job description

Imagine360 is seeking a Client Banking Specialist! This position is responsible for compiling, calculating, reconciling, and posting data for use in maintaining and producing financial reports for clients. This position also assists the Client Banking Manager and Client Banking Supervisor in performing daily activities to support successful team outcomes.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Complete bank reconciliations accurately and timely
    • Produce related summary and reports for clients
    • Compile information and verify accuracy
    • Update client ledgers
    • Verify, monitor, and resolve funding and banking items
    • Analyze bank statements



  • Research and reissue of lost/stolen checks
    • Work with other Reconciliation team members to manage lost check requests
    • Document lost check requests and details on appropriate logs
    • Place Stop Payments via Online Banking
    • Contact clients via email for status of check
    • Reissue check in appropriate system
    • Send appropriate correspondence for lost check requests to members and providers
    • Work with other departments to ensure timely and accurate reissuance of lost checks
  • Customer Service
    • Act as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery
    • Provide timely and thorough follow-up with internal and external customers
    • Appropriately escalate difficult issues up the chain of command
  • Quality Assurance
    • Perform review and/or audit of other employees' work to ensure quality and procedural measures are being met
    • Actively participate in Client Banking staff meetings and cross-departmental meetings, ensuring client financial standards are met
    • Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams, as assigned, to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction
    • Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisors of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters
    • Performs self-quality monitoring to develop and execute plans to meet established goals
    • Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance
    • Develop new or improve current internal processes to improve quality

Required Experience/Education:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or reconciliation experience
  • 1+ year of banking operations experience
