Role Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product Marketing at Notable to lead our product marketing strategy and team. This critical leadership role will drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement initiatives that accelerate our growth in the healthcare automation market. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision for product marketing excellence, deep healthcare industry knowledge, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams that deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prioritize and manage the workflow between PMMs, Sales, and Product teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency.

  • Provide market insights to inform product decisions and respond to requests for market material reviews.

  • Collaborate with the VP of Communications and other stakeholders on the development of marketing campaigns, including lead and demand generation initiatives.

  • Develop case studies and use case scenarios in partnership with internal and external SMEs.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion

  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement

  • Partner closely with Product Management to shape product roadmaps based on market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback

  • Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with healthcare decision-makers

  • Create and maintain comprehensive sales enablement resources, including playbooks, pitch decks, training videos, and competitive battlecards

  • Design and implement product launch strategies that maximize market impact and drive measurable business results

  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts to identify market opportunities and threats

  • Establish product marketing KPIs and measurement frameworks to continuously optimize performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of progressive product marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on B2B SaaS products, and at least 3 years in the healthcare technology space

  • Healthcare/healthtech industry experience required, with preference for experience in workflow automation, AI/ML technologies, or SaaS platforms

  • 4+ years of experience building and leading high-performing product marketing teams

  • Proven track record developing effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive measurable business results

  • Extensive experience creating sales enablement resources that accelerate deal velocity and win rates

  • Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, buyer personas, and purchasing processes

  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer benefits

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
