What You’ll Do Here

  • Responding to inbound clients via messaging in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple text conversations concurrently in a timely manner
  • Manage rebuttals and push-back from clients
  • Moving clients down the sales funnel to schedule a meeting with agents and investors
  • Navigate internal and external Applications
  • Report issues and blockers to management

You Have

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in responding to inbound clients or chat support
  • Strong communication skills, both in verbal and written form
  • Tech savvy and not afraid to learn new things
  • Ideal work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 5am to 2pm PHT, however, shift schedule may change depending on lead volume. US hours schedule is also available

This is a permanent WFH set-up from the Philippines.
