LUCA Biologics, our women’s health biotech company co-founded with Dr. Jacques Ravel, develops living medicines targeting the vaginal microbiome for urogenital and reproductive health.
Founded in Venice, CA with a global team across Europe, Australia, Asia and North America, Seed Health was co-founded by Ara Katz and Raja Dhir, alongside a scientific board comprised of leading scientists, researchers, and clinicians across the fields of microbiology, immunology, bioinformatics, dermatology, oral health, vaginal health, gastroenterology, mental health, pediatrics, and nutrition.
For us, “design” goes far beyond visual guidelines. It permeates through everything that we do and is a primary mechanism for storytelling and scientific translation. We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Designer to create and execute seamless, intuitive and perspective-shifting digital brand experiences.
You’re a designer driven by curiosity, clarity, and craft. You move fluidly from systems thinking to pixel detail, from hypothesis to prototype, from ambiguity to launch. You are both a strategic thinker and a hands-on maker—someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and deeply understands how design drives both user and business outcomes.
Your approach is insight-led and data-informed. You’re energized by complex problems and motivated by meaningful change—deepening engagement, driving conversion, increasing LTV, and crafting branded moments of delight across the full customer lifecycle.
You move fluidly between Figma and AI tools—exploring motion, interaction, and code-aware prototypes with a high level of craft and technical fluency. You collaborate deeply across Product, Engineering, MX, and Brand—and bring a principled, inventive approach that elevates not just the expe, but the team around you.

Compensation:
The annual pay range for this full-time position is $145-165k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience and advanced education/ training.
