What experience is important to us:

  • Sport Product manager experience of at least 3 years, total experience 4+ years;

  • Analytical skills and knowledge of the main product metrics;

  • A/B analysis skills, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI;

  • Experience and understanding of UX/UI design;

  • Excellent knowledge of the market and competitors;

  • Experience in product management, including development of roadmaps, design management and successful project launches;

  • Ability to generate reports, analyze product metrics and generate reports;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with team and stakeholders.

  • Deep knowledge of the LatAm market and competitors or other relevant GEOs.


     

What you will be doing:

  • Managing a team of product managers (LATAM).

  • Launching a product from scratch;

  • Developing short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring internal alignment and visibility across IT and business teams;

  •  Establishing effective communication and training strategies for released sports features;

  • Conduct competitor research to gather information on market trends as the company enters new markets;

  • Analyze and study competitor activities with a focus on provided bonus programs;

  • Systematize and structure data using Google Sheets, followed by the transfer of collected data to the analytics department.
