Human Resources Project Manager

Join Our Team  

You will be the HR Project Manager. You will report to the Global Head of HR Operations & Talent Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining project plans supporting human resources (HR) programs and initiatives using project management tools and processes. 
  • Collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects and improve processes and initiatives across human resources.
  • Operating with a project management mindset, delivering results, driving discussions and managing against thoughtfully formed plans, budgets, timelines, and goals.
  • Leading, delivering, and managing detailed project plans for a broad variety of assigned projects, including resource planning, delivery timelines, resource planning, reporting dashboards, and budget management.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders, taking into consideration communication and change management needs and ensuring appropriate engagement for all levels of the organization throughout the project life cycle.  Facilitating workstream meetings and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Providing consultation to HR Business Partners, HR COEs, and business stakeholders, building domain knowledge, gathering requirements, providing solutions, and impact analysis.
  • Lead HR projects, including talent management initiatives, employee engagement programs, training and development efforts, and organizational restructuring.
  • Develop project plans, define project scope, and set clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, legal, and management, to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion within budget and timeline.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership on project status, progress, and results.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Foster effective communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
  • Evaluate the success of completed projects and provide recommendations for future HR initiatives.

Your skills and abilities should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing HR-related projects or programs.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, or Asana).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

 

SALARY:  The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only.  In determining the actual salary within this range, SiriusPoint will consider a candidate’s relevant experience, location, and other job-job-related factors.
