Enterprise Architect Director – ServiceNow Technical Architect – HAM
Remote Position
5+Month Contract

Remote opportunity for a ServiceNow Technical Architect with strong consulting experience and a successful record in ITSM and ITAM (HAM/SAM) implementations. Role focuses on leading ServiceNow engagements, technical architecture design, and integration setup.

Responsibilities

Design and develop ServiceNow IT Asset Management architecture including Hardware and Software Asset Management.
Integrate with Tanium, SCCM, Jamf, and Micro Focus for software inventory.
Troubleshoot HAM issues: normalization, entitlements, metrics, allocations, and CSDM-aligned foundation data.
Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and customer education on best practices.
Provide technical leadership, reviews, and guidance to development teams.
Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow implementations.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support and train end-users and stakeholders.
Recommend improvements based on latest ServiceNow technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of ServiceNow design and development experience.
Hands-on experience with ITSM, HAM, SAM, and custom applications.
Proven development of technical design documents from business requirements.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API.
Led at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as Solution Architect/Lead Consultant.
Strong requirements gathering and communication skills.
Programming in Java, JavaScript, or similar.
ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (HAM/SAM preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities.
