Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Manager, Growth Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing and acquisition KPIs, hands-on experience with various platforms, and a demonstrated ability to move quickly and solve problems effectively. We seek a strategic thinker capable of effective collaboration, leveraging data to inform decisions and implementing innovating marketing strategies. This role is positioned within the Consumer Revenue team and reports directly to the Director, Growth Marketing. They will work on the Lifestyle and Auto brands which include Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, Delish, House Beautiful, and more. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Support the Director of Growth Marketing in driving a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that aligns with brand needs and business objectives. Oversee go-to-market media plans targeting core audiences and expanding testing through recommendations and channel expansion. Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, editorial, and commerce to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities, and develop go-to-market plans. Manage execution of paid marketing campaigns via in-house channels, primarily social and search, driving revenue growth for subscriptions and ecommerce Drive creative development and testing to enhance revenue for key brand initiatives. Ensure acquisition performance aligns with KPIs and strategic goals. Optimize campaign results to find more CPA and other KPIs efficiencies while consistently pushing for scale. Provide consistent reporting and analysis, offering perspective on successes, risks, and opportunities. Identify acquisition strategies for all brands’ e-commerce efforts and experimenting with new potential paid traffic tactics. Utilize data-driven insights and technology to identify and segment target audiences and personalize marketing efforts. Support budget decisions to meet P&L goals, partnering with the Director on reporting and reforecasting. Qualifications Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in marketing and paid advertising Deep understanding of customer acquisition, with demonstrated success in scaling media spend Clear verbal and written communication skills and can effectively convey insights to stakeholders A multi-tasker and team player comfortable working across many brands and collaborating with cross-functional groups Results-oriented, track record of delivering measurable results and achieving KPIs Possesses a growth mindset – ready to take on tasks with strong agility to change Enthusiastic about marketing and digital + emerging channels and driving innovation A resourceful, creative thinker with an upbeat, positive attitude, high attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills Familiar with MS Office and Google Analytics The base salary for this role is between $76,000-$90,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
