Job Description
Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales commissions in accordance with accepted compensation plans, terms and conditions, standard business practices, and internal controls. Partner with finance to research and satisfactorily resolve compensation audits to ensure accurate payments to sales org.
Responsibilities
Understand compensation and revenue recognition policies and procedures
Analyze and adjust transactions to ensure accuracy per plan eligibility guidelines
Audit and validate accuracy of monthly and/or quarterly commission payments based on plan metrics and bookings by the sales organization
Assist sales and finance in reconciliation of sales credit and commission questions based on bookings and revenue recognition policies

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
