Manager, Healthcare Talent Pipeline & Recruitment
Ready to make a meaningful impact on helping to solve the healthcare workforce shortage and reduce the burden of student debt? The Manager, Healthcare Talent Pipeline & Recruitment plays a critical role in aligning student recruitment efforts with Scholars Network’s mission and the evolving needs of our health system and higher education partners. This role will lead our student-facing outreach, ensuring we attract and convert high-quality candidates into our Scholars Network employer-sponsored loan repayment programs.

Scholars Network works with health systems, colleges and universities, and strategic partners to bring health systems and higher education institutions together, providing students opportunities for educational loan repayment upon graduation and employment.

As Manager, Healthcare Talent Pipeline & Recruitment, you will:
  • Lead and manage healthcare talent fulfillment, in line with overall recruitment goals and program strategies
  • Regularly travel to partner schools and health systems to support recruitment efforts, including attending career fairs, open houses, and other student-facing events
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Sr. Director, Partnerships & Operations to plan, execute, and refine recruitment campaigns based on client needs, market trends, and performance data
  • Oversee and optimize the use of recruitment platforms (e.g., Handshake, Symplicity, etc.) to post opportunities, manage candidate pipelines, and expand visibility of Scholars Network programs across diverse student populations
  • Use performance data and student engagement insights to optimize outreach efforts, drive student conversion, and inform strategy for pipeline growth
  • Foster and manage relationships with external higher education stakeholders as well as campus ambassadors and association partners to amplify outreach
  • Collaborate with the Scholars Network team to develop ad hoc recruitment strategies tailored to specific employer partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • You have:
  • 2-4 years of experience in nursing, allied health, or other hospital-based recruitment or talent acquisition for clinical roles
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over results and team outcomes
  • Knowledge of healthcare education pathways, particularly nursing or allied health, is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Demonstrated experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing or outreach campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and marketing/reporting tools
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven team environment
  • You live in or nearby Philadelphia, Allentown, or Pittsburgh or the ability to travel there easily
  • The ability to travel 25-50% of the time
