We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Travel Support Specialist to provide administrative and booking assistance for destination travel arrangements. This remote position involves supporting our travel advisors and clients by handling trip logistics, coordinating with vendors, and resolving booking-related inquiries. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and transportation
Communicate with clients to confirm itineraries, manage updates, and provide support
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate reservations

Maintain accurate records of client bookings and service history
