Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead our advertising team within Client Marketing. In this role, you'll drive the transformation of our paid media offering from a service-based model to an AI-powered, scalable growth engine. You'll be responsible for strategic leadership, team development, and operational excellence while collaborating across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Your focus will be on elevating our advertising capabilities through channel expansion, optimization automation, and sophisticated targeting models that drive measurable results for our real estate clients.
