As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of corporate customers, driving retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, representing PetDesk and ensuring a seamless, strategic partnership.
This role requires a high level of collaboration and communication, as you will work cross-functionally with internal teams while engaging with regional corporate managers, directors, and C-suite executives. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to develop strategic account plans, nurture strong relationships, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges and industry trends to provide valuable insights
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
Monitor client health metrics, proactively addressing risks, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
Maintain and renew corporate contracts, ensuring pricing accuracy in Salesforce and Zuora
Collaborate/Project Manage across teams to align client goals with Petvisor’s product roadmap and advocate for client needs
Support onboarding and product adoption by working with Customer Success and Program Managers, delivering training sessions for veterinary hospitals and HQ
Track account performance using Salesforce, Tableau, LookerStudio, and PetvisorHub, providing reports and revenue forecasts
About you:
5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field
Proven track record of managing strategic accounts, driving retention, and growing revenue
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate across departments and work with senior executives
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics platforms (Tableau, LookerStudio)
Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or pet services is a plus
