NetSuite Specialist

We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background configuring and supporting NetSuite ERP, with hands-on experience across finance, inventory, and/or operations modules. This is a remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in LATAM.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with NetSuite customization: saved searches, reports, workflows, forms.
• Familiarity with finance, inventory, purchasing, or order management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements from internal stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support NetSuite users.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation.
• Advanced English.

• Configure and optimize NetSuite modules to align with business needs.
• ​​​​​​​Create and manage custom searches, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
• Support internal teams by troubleshooting issues and training users.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and sales teams to gather requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to best practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and planning sessions.
• Coordinate with external consultants or vendors as needed.

Education

• Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
