Position Overview

As a Product Training & Enablement Specialist at Leap, you'll be a key part of our customer education efforts. You'll lead live webinars, run 1-on-1 product trainings, and respond to direct requests from customers and internal teams. This isn’t a purely strategic role. You’ll spend much of your time delivering hands-on help, adapting content on the fly, and turning real-time training needs into polished resources. If you're energized by live interactions, quick pivots, and building practical content that makes people better at their jobs, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

  • Lead virtual training sessions for customers and internal teams, including webinars, live 1-on-1 trainings, and occasional in-person events.
  • Field incoming training requests and translate them into repeatable materials like videos, slide decks, and walkthroughs.
  • Build and maintain training resources that support both live and self-paced learning.
  • Deliver continuing education sessions that help customers stay sharp after onboarding.
  • Collaborate on help center articles and internal knowledge base updates.
  • Partner with teams across Product, Support, and Customer Success to stay aligned on new features and evolving needs.
  • Track training usage, gather feedback, and adjust materials to improve engagement.
  • Help prepare Leap for future training scale, including LMS planning and reusable content libraries.
  • Support internal onboarding and enablement efforts as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in SaaS training, enablement, or customer education
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence running live sessions for diverse audiences
  • Ability to build clean, easy-to-follow instructional content
  • Comfortable shifting between tactical training delivery and content development
  • Experience with tools like Pendo, WalkMe, or LMS platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
