Logistics Dispatch Coordinator (ZR_22815_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:

• Communicate daily with brokers regarding truck availability and load opportunities
  

• Coordinate with drivers for load assignments and status updates
  

• Monitor and manage fleet availability across different locations
  

• Send daily availability reports to brokers before 7 AM
  

• Maintain regular communication via email and phone with both brokers and drivers
  

• Update and maintain relevant logistics software systems
  

• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of loads
  

• Track and document all logistics operations
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics or dispatch operations preferred
  

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  

• Proficiency with email and phone communication tools
  

• Adaptability to learn and use company-specific software systems
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills
  

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
  

Scope: 

• Managing communications for fleet of 5-14 trucks
  

• Direct coordination with drivers and broker (Siva Logistics)
  

• Remote position with full integration into company operations
