About The Position
This company is hiring a full-time digital Project Manager to join their dynamic Web & Creative Services team. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-performing lead-generation-focused display advertising creative and HTML, WordPress, and Shopify websites and web work that support their marketing campaigns while staying updated with industry trends and working in a fast-paced, fun environment.
You will work closely with Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to deliver these client marketing materials. Continually improving and modernizing their workflows, templates, and tools with your colleagues is also an integral part of the position.
Responsabilities
Project managing the delivery of various lead-generation-focused creative and web tasks and internal projects.
Analyzing and scoping creative and web work requests.
Preparing creative and web work requests for proper intake by our design and development peers.
Communicating effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to spec and within scope (high quality, time, budget, etc.).
Problem-solving for creative and technical issues with peers and stakeholders.
Performing detailed quality assurance on creative and web work at all project stages.
Creating ad and web marketing copy using AI tools and other software.
Creating and updating internal workflow tools, such as Typeform or Google Sheets.
Using analytics tools to understand and improve upon their products.
Collaborating and communicating frequently and concisely with peers to balance workloads and achieve optimal production efficiency.
Contributing to department goals and improvement by remaining critical of workflows and tools and collaborating in team meetings.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience with managing digital web and creative products in terms of project scoping, scheduling, risk assessment, budgeting, quality control, and internal and client communication.
Experience with display ad and website production best practices (lead generation sites, WordPress, and Shopify as a bonus).
Experience working with Google suite products (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.) and creative software such as Figma.
Experience with writing marketing copywriting and proofing various creative materials.
Ability to effectively and succinctly present solutions, marketing materials, and communicate ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
Exceptional problem-solving, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify both project and product-level bugs or areas of improvement.
Demonstrated ability to adhere to and improve upon established processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in project execution.
Be flexible and willing to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and align with company goals and objectives.
A strong desire to collaborate with and motivate others to produce high-quality digital products, user experiences, and results.
Interest in staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our design work remains fresh and innovative.
Experience managing ads within the Google Ads platform.
Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
