This is a remote position.

This company is a marketing and development agency that helps businesses grow through strategic messaging, branding, website and app development, video production, and marketing partnerships. They emphasize clear and effective marketing, using a "blueprint" process that includes StoryBrand messaging and a detailed marketing plan. They are HubSpot Platinum partners and specialize in creating custom marketing solutions, including SEO, paid ads, and social promotion.

As a Meta & TikTok Ads Specialist, you’ll plan and execute paid social campaigns, optimize performance, and communicate results to clients. This role is perfect for someone who can drive impactful results, understand what’s working, and stay up to date with platform changes and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop smart targeting strategies and custom audiences.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
  • Analyze data and turn insights into action.
  • Prepare and present reports during client calls.
  • Staying on top of current ad trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Work closely with our team to align ad strategy with client goals.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and/or TikTok ads.
  • Experience managing Meta ad campaigns across the full suite (Facebook,Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network).
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Events Manager, and other relevant tools.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale ad budgets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and performance optimization.
  • Proven success running performance-based campaigns.
  • Fluent English (you’ll be on client-facing calls regularly).
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
