About the Role

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to home services companies, scheduling appointments, and generating interest in our services. You’ll make approximately 100 calls per day, supported by targeted email outreach, to book consultations with potential clients. The lists of leads will be provided to you.


Resposibilities
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to law firms to introduce our services and close if possible, otherwise book appointments.
  • Send follow-up emails and manage appointment-setting activities.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and identify client pain points.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client journey from initial contact to close.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed, accurate records in CRM.

Requirements
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, coachable, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Strong writing skills for effective email communication
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally with some experience in marketing or working with law firms.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting call quotas and appointment goals.
  • Familiarity with HighLevel (GHL) CRM is a plus.
  • Prior experience selling to home service companies or a background in marketing. (preferred)

Benefits
  • Salary: $1400 - $2000/Monthly + comissions
