Reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management, the Project Manager performs a variety of functions to support internal projects as it relates to product launches.  The Project Manager will organize and coordinate business related launch activities for new product and enhancement type launches, including leading Launch Readiness teams, holding discovery meetings, identifying stakeholders, customizing project plans, facilitating meetings, holding teams accountable to tasks and deadlines, tracking progress, and providing status updates.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Project Management.  Healthcare experience is required for this role
  • Possess strong project management skills
  • Are a strong critical thinker and can identify the right next steps to achieve goals and meet deadlines
  • Lead through influence and are confident, holding others accountable
  • Think strategically and can plan and have a continuous improvement mindset
  • Well versed with MS suite of products with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint and are efficient with tools like JIRA, and Confluence
  • Communicate clearly and concisely and are comfortable communicating in a matrixed environment
  • Are a quick learner of different software types, websites, vendors, etc.

You will set yourself apart with:

  • Healthcare technology experience
  • Experience in managing current projects with 10+ stakeholders or executive level stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and root cause analysis are second nature.

You will be:

  • Organizing/leading business related launch activities for new product and enhancement type launches, including leading Launch Readiness teams, holding Discovery meetings, identifying stakeholders, customizing project plans, facilitating meetings, holding teams accountable to tasks and deadlines, tracking progress, and providing status updates 
  • Coordinating, hosting, and occasionally conducting staff educational sessions
  • Occasionally, creating internal resources to support product launches
  • Coordinating the effort to bridge gaps between the cross functional departments to solve problems, improve efficiencies and improve the client experience
  • Conducting continuous improvement activities (such as Lessons Learned)
  • Working with leadership to execute and maintain the Product Launch Services Strategy
  • Assisting with mentoring of Project Coordinator team members
