The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sales Director – Major US Accounts to lead with confidence, empathy, and strategy. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving long-term partnerships, leading a dynamic sales team, and helping shape the future of Ribbon’s presence across our most strategic U.S. service provider accounts.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Expertise in networking, optical, VoIP, or security solutions.

  • A passion for building customer relationships and mentoring others.

  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Experience working with major U.S. service providers is highly valued.

  • Comfort navigating Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Flexibility to travel (up to 50%).
