You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at navigating complex technical and business challenges to drive tangible value for our clients.

How will you make an impact?

In this role, you'll drive customer success, product adoption, and value realization, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll influence product development by representing customer needs and contribute to revenue growth through successful engagements. Ultimately, you'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their application security goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the deployment and adoption of Checkmarx products, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Deeply understand and formalize customer requests, needs, requirements, and escalations, acting as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Professional Services to represent customer challenges and drive swift resolution.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base across all Checkmarx products and services.
  • Proactively introduce and demo new products and features to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with customers on AppSec program implementations, leveraging Checkmarx services to align with their business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and customer champion, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively lead customer engagements through regular interactions and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal reporting and documentation.

Requirements

What is needed to succeed?

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a similar Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Value Consulting role within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and application security concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption and achieving positive customer outcomes.
  • Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Advantages:

  • Experience in the application security domain.
  • Proficiency in an additional language.
  • Relevant security and cloud certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer).
