Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to develop and implement their respective Product Category (PC) sales and marketing strategy, in alignment with broader category and Integer near and long-term strategic plans. Focus will be on driving and winning opportunities to grow customers based on the product management strategies. This leader will align and collaborate with Integer’s other medical device Product Category sales leaders to ensure cohesive account strategies and relationships with Integer’s strategic customers. Success will be measured by incumbent’s effectiveness in developing strong sales talent and leadership, as well as a process-based and results-driven organization.
