The Regional Marketing Manager (West Coast) will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and events across assigned regions in North America, focusing on driving pipeline generation and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing for North America, this role will work closely with regional sales teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that deliver on pipeline, revenue and sales quota targets. This individual will collaborate daily with sales teams, acting as a trusted marketing advisor to regional sales leaders.
What You'll Do:
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution. Partner with regional sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Design and execute targeted regional programs including roadshows and seminars that showcase customer success stories and drive both new customer acquisition and cross-sell opportunities. Own regional marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization.
Campaign Implementation. Execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with global initiatives while being customized for regional market needs and sales team priorities. Develop and manage partner co-marketing partner programs to extend market reach and enhance regional marketing plans.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Execute targeted ABM programs to accelerate opportunities within high-value accounts, focusing on engagement across the entire buying committee. Design and implement programs that balance pipeline generation across existing accounts and new customer acquisition. Partner with sales to deliver personalized marketing campaigns that drive engagement with key decision makers.
Partner Marketing. Execute joint marketing programs with AWS, channel partners and technical alliances to amplify existing campaigns.
Event Experiences. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through flawless execution of regional marketing programs including roadshows and seminars showcasing customer success stories, technical alliance partner events, executive roundtables, customer dinners and industry conferences and trade shows
Pipeline Generation. Monitor and optimize pipeline creation from marketing programs to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales teams. Track program results and report metrics via Salesforce to demonstrate ROI and program effectiveness. Passion for monitoring and reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with field marketing focus and experience working in cybersecurity
Proven track record driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
Experience creating and managing field and virtual events
Strong project management and execution skills
Passion for working with sales teams and ability to influence cross-functionally
Experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce
Comfortable with both daily execution and longer-term planning
Willing to travel 30% of the time
Bachelor's degree required

The US base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000 base + bonus + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, and other related benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
