Join us in breaking barriers to well-being as one of our Regional Sales Manager where you can plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified geography, product line, market segment or list of accounts to identify business opportunities and secure achievement of established sales targets according to defined sales processes and strategy.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take a lead and develop the sales organization to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness, coaching team members on sales techniques to meet targets. Translate business plans into actionable sales plans, manage daily activities, and prepare forecasts and budgets. Allocate resources to enhance team performance, negotiate with key customers, and contribute to sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies. Ensure customer profitability, share market insights, and participate in decision-making.
