The role and Scope:

Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.  Projects could range from new product development, feature enhancements, corporate systems integrations, strategic partnership implementations and integrations, GTM focused projects, etc.

In this individual contributor role, you will also be responsible for the creation of change management strategies and plans to implement and drive initiatives that maximize adoption and business value.

Essential Functions:

  • Run assigned project(s) on a day-to-day basis, verifying that the project produces the required deliverables of quality within the specified cost and time constraints

  • Manage resources and schedules throughout full systems development life cycle, including management of issues, risks and change requests to ensure successful and on-time delivery.

  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.

  • Lead change management for projects of moderate size/complexity

  • Develop new tactics that contribute to the overall change strategy and program objectives (People, Process, Technology).

  • Partner with teams to prioritize and support large scale projects based on business impact; articulate and communicate change strategies and impacts across business stakeholders

  • Be the key interface with stakeholders and leadership and exercise judgment and discretion to develop solutions to remove obstacles and redefine approaches

  • Infuse continuous improvement principles into programs to increase automation, efficiency productivity, quality and profitability while eliminating waste

  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence

Required Education, Skills, and Experiences:

  • High School Diploma or GED mandatory

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience

  • 3+ years of Change Management experience

  • Extensive experience managing complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.

  • Experience leading a project team(s) by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.

  • Experience creating, managing, and implementing Change Management plans

  • Demonstrate collaborative assertiveness and diplomacy with the ability to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment

  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying priorities

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs

  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective

  • Extensive experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership.

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Jira, and SharePoint.

Required Project Management experience in three or more below:

  • Change Management

  • Business Process Engineering

  • Business and Operations Process Improvements

  • Software Product Development: new features, enhancements, UI, web applications, etc.

  • Technology Integrations: Partners, 3rd party, corporate systems, etc.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Implementation

Preferred Education, Skills, and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • PMP, Agile, and Change Management certifications

  • Project Management experience in a product and/or software development environment

  • Business Process Engineering experience

The budgeted offer annual salary for this role, is between $120-$140K. This position is also eligible for annual performance bonus of up to 20% of annual salary

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $85,600.00 - 152,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location

Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
