Your Role in Action
Develop and own the product strategy for RelativityOne’s frontend experience, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to convert customer needs and technical capabilities into successful features.
Set clear objectives and success metrics, identifying opportunities to innovate in areas such as usability, performance, and accessibility.
Define the product roadmap for frontend initiatives—balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
Engage in customer and market research to gather feedback, validate feature concepts, and ensure product decisions address real user challenges.
Partner with highly technical stakeholders, leveraging your understanding of frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) to align on architectural choices
Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership and diverse teams, ensuring shared understanding and buy-in across the organization.
Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, leading discussions with engineering to navigate complexities and resolve challenges.
Champion best practices in both agile development processes and user-centric design, fostering continuous improvement in how we build and deliver products.
Your Skills
Extensive product management experience, particularly in leading projects involving complex frontend or UI-centric solutions.
Proven ability to speak fluently with engineering and architecture teams—understanding their technical language and constraints while advocating for user and business needs.
Demonstrated success in setting product strategy, crafting roadmaps, and delivering impactful features under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and user feedback to drive informed decision-making.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), micro frontend architectures, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and guiding cross-functional teams.
Understanding usability, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems to ensure products meet high user-experience standards.
Experience with agile methodologies, from sprint planning to release management, ensuring timely and high-quality feature rollouts.
We’d particularly love it if you have:
Exposure to enterprise SaaS development and familiarity with cloud environments like Azure.
Experience delivering AI-driven features or user experiences, such as chatbots, personalization engines, or adaptive interfaces.
Familiarity with AI-driven solutions in UI/UX, personalization, generative design tools, or adaptive interfaces.
Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., .NET, Node.js, Python), enabling deeper collaboration with full-stack and backend teams.
Understanding of CI/CD practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed processing systems (Spark).
Strong UI/UX orientation, with a proven track record of working with design teams to produce intuitive and delightful user interfaces.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (helpful but not required).

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
236 000 and 354 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
