What you will do in this role 

As a Sourcing Partner on our team, you will:  

• Use multi-channel sources to identify potential candidates 
• Conduct initial screenings via phone
• Identify candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications 
• Evaluate and examine the skills and competencies of candidates 
• Facilitate and discuss job offers 
• Prepare daily and weekly reports based on business needs 
• Update the internal tools based on business needs 
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates 

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you have: 

• Excellent communication skills in English - another language would be considered an advantage 
• Strong experience in headhunting, sourcing & selection 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Very good understanding on the recruitment process 
• Have autonomy in delivering 
• Good time-management skills 
• Ability to handle various open positions simultaneously 
• Are available to work on a fixed term contract (6 months)
