We are currently seeking a strategic, results-driven Talent Sourcing Partner to join our Executive Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in shaping the future of DaVita’s leadership. As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be instrumental in attracting top-tier executive talent and act as a true business partner, consulting directly with our Executive Talent Acquisition team and business leadership to support searches for the highest level of field and corporate talent —from Directors to C-Level leaders.
Key Focus Areas:
Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence: Deliver market insights, calibration profiles, and competitive research to shape sourcing strategy and guide hiring decisions.
Candidate Engagement and Evaluation: Personally engage and assess executive-level talent through targeted outreach, pitch calls, and early qualification to ensure high-quality, aligned candidate slates.
Collaboration and Service Excellence: Partner closely with executive talent acquisition partners and hiring managers while maintaining accurate data, driving process improvement, and supporting high-touch candidate experiences.

Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence
Collaborate with hiring managers and executive talent acquisition partners to understand executive hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles through strategic intake and calibration conversations.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a high-quality and high-volume pool of prospects for current and future talent needs.
Create comprehensive market maps to identify target companies, key talent pools, and competitor org structures.
Act as a strategic partner to executive talent acquisition partners in refining candidate funnels and iterating sourcing strategy as needed.
Candidate Research and Engagement
Use advanced sourcing tools and methodologies (Boolean, X-ray search, talent databases, AI platforms, professional associations) to identify high-potential executive candidates.
Conduct high-touch outreach and personalized pitch calls to engage and qualify passive talent.
Evaluate candidate fit based on leadership capabilities, motivations, career trajectory, and alignment with DaVita’s values.
Provide executive talent acquisition partners pre-engaged, qualified candidates and leads

Calibration & Hiring Manager Alignment
Ensure a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience throughout early-stage interactions.
Present curated slates of aligned profiles early in the search to align with executive talent acquisition partners and hiring manager.
Partner closely with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers throughout the hiring process to provide timely updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
Create clear, insight-driven write-ups for candidates following pitch calls.
Act as a strategic partner to recruiters in refining candidate funnels and iterating sourcing strategy as needed
Ensure a high-quality and inclusive candidate experience throughout early-stage interactions
Present curated slates of aligned profiles early in the search to align with recruiter and hiring manager
Closely manage candidate interactions to help guarantee a great candidate experience
Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to understand executive hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals
Partner closely with talent acquisition partners and hiring managers throughout the hiring process to provide timely updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles
Assist in achieving diversity goals and various performance metrics aligned to team and organizational goals.
Operational Excellence
Provide weekly progress updates and strategic recommendations to executive talent acquisition partners and business stakeholders.
Evaluate existing processes, tools, and techniques; identify opportunities for change, and implement process change as well as lead projects or initiatives.
Maintain accurate sourcing data and pipeline tracking.
Utilize data and reporting tools to make recommendations on sourcing strategies, track metrics, and assess sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
5+ years of talent sourcing and talent research experience, including executive-level search experience.
Strong command of talent market mapping, executive candidate engagement, and sourcing strategy.
Demonstrated ability to conduct pitch calls and assess leadership potential.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to positively represent DaVita to prospects to effectively position DaVita as an employer of choice.
Proficiency in using advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates, including LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, AI tools, professional networks, Boolean search strings, diversity networks, and other innovative sourcing methods.
Ability to manage complex assignments and multiple priorities while maintaining a quality pipeline, meeting key performance indicators, and providing a high level of client service.
Experience at an Executive Search firm is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.

Salary/ Wage Range
$62,000.00 - $91,000.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
