Job Summary:
The Sr. DevOps Engineer is an integral member of a high-performance Agile team delivering products in the healthcare space. They act as SMEs in public and private cloud deployment of digital products and services. They interface with Infrastructure and Enterprise Computing teams to maintain standards and ensure high reliability in all product deployments. They help set architectural standards and assist team members in best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in multiple programming languages, infrastructure standards, application integration patterns, and thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Participate as a member of a high-performance Agile team.
Participate in architectural reviews and propose alternative solutions.
Collaborate with application engineering teams, data engineering teams, and business automation teams.
Interface with technical and business stakeholders to gather an understanding of use cases and workflows.
Educate peers on best practices and cutting-edge solutions
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Minimum Education:
- Bachelors Computer Science or Bachelors Computer Engineering
Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):

Required Minimum Experience:
Minimum 10 years Cumulative experience with engineering, scripting, infrastructure, or hardware configuration Required
Minimum 5 years Experience with public clouds (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) Required
Minimum 4 years Software engineering Required
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Drone, Azure DevOps) Required
Experience with on-prem and cloud computing Required
Experience with application virtualization and containerization Required
Experience with SSO systems (e.g. OAuth2, SAML) Required
Experience with event-drive architectures Preferred
Experience implementing AI/ML models in production environments (cloud, edge, or on-premise). Preferred
Hands-on experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and CI/CD for AI deployment. Preferred
Experience working with healthcare data (e.g. EHRs, imaging, genomics, claims data, FHIR/HL7 standards). Preferred
Required Minimum Skills:
Strong knowledge of database management and query languages (SQL, NoSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake). High
Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash High
Proficiency with at least two programming languages (e.g. Java, Kotlin, C#, NodeJS, Python) High
Proficiency in working with Linux and Windows Server OS High
