Job description

Infios is seeking successful, experienced, character-driven, strategic Account Executives with previous supply chain management software solutions sales experience at the enterprise level to sell world-class software solutions in the Brazilian territory. This role serves as a trusted advisor to both current and prospective customers, fostering relationships that drive success for both the customer and Infios.

What a Day In The Life Looks Like:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for engaging prospects and existing customers, driving sales processes to meet or exceed annual quotas.

  • Create and present tailored, ROI-driven value propositions based on customer needs and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (presales, solution consulting, marketing, customer success, field sales) to optimize customer outcomes.

  • Guide sales opportunities through the full cycle, from prospecting to closing contracts.

  • Monitor and analyze customer technology environments, business goals, and market trends to inform decision-making and advance sales.

  • This is a remote-based role with significant travel (up to 75%) within Brazil.

What You Bring To The Team:
  • Skilled in engaging and influencing senior executives through new business development, proactive lead generation, and white-spacing.

  • Extensive experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record in complex, high-value sales.
  • Background in supply chain management solutions, with expertise in 3PL, Wholesale Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, and Life Science industries.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-selling environment, leveraging strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

  • Passionate about staying current with Infios' evolving cloud offerings and market trends to position solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, productive customer relationships.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM BRT until 5:48 PM BRT
