We are seeking an experienced Director, Enterprise Process Architecture leader to drive operational excellence through structured, best-practice-driven business process management. This role will align core business processes with organizational goals, lead cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvements to optimize efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in process mapping, automation, workflow optimization, and BPM technologies to ensure that the company operates with agility and efficiency.
What a day in the life looks like:
Process Design & Implementation: Organize and implement business processes using industry best practices, methodologies and process improvement frameworks to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Strategic Alignment: Align core processes with the organization’s strategic goals and operating model design.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and buy-in across departments, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, tools and systems.
Performance Measurement: Establish and track KPIs to assess process efficiency, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and execute continuous improvement plans to enhance operational success and business outcomes.
Technology & Automation: Maintain high-level application and systems architecture while identifying areas for automation to reduce errors and improve data accuracy.
Methodology & Best Practices: Apply methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and BPMN to optimize workflows and improve business process management.
What you bring to the team:
Process Improvement Expertise: Strong experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, BPMN, and business process automation.
Process Modeling & Analysis: Proficiency in business process modeling and automation and supporting tools (e.g., Visio, etc.).
Data-Driven Decision Making: Data driven mindset to support operational improvements and decision making. Ability to interpret data and use analytics to drive operational improvements.
Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to drive transformation, communicate effectively across stakeholders, and influence change.
Lean Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies, including Kanban, spaghetti maps, and value stream mapping.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise process management, business transformation or related fields. Consulting background preferred but not mandatory.

Base Salary $160,000.00 USD
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
