Current Need: Our Customer Maintenance Team in Richmond, VA is growing! We are seeking a customer driven, analytical candidate with a passion for managing data integrity and communicating with internal business partners.

Position Description

This role is responsible for research, analysis, and the maintenance of customer licenses within our JDE platform. These goals are accomplished through daily triaging of customer license order holds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer account and address information

  • Research, analyze and verification of data to update Customer license data following strict SOP guidelines

  • Follow up with requestors including Sales, and Customer, Regulatory

  • Perform customer license maintenance tasks following strict SOP and Sarbanes guidelines.

  • Meet and support SLA and metric goals

  • Contact Customers / Sales Professionals a professional business etiquette

  • Provide online training and refresher courses for customers as needed.

  • Create and update guides to support effective business practices in all areas

Minimum Requirements

2+ years’ relevant experience

Critical Skills

  • 3+ years data analysis and/or customer service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, One Note, Excel and Access)

  • Experience with Salesforce (Preferred)

  • Customer Service and/or Medical background

  • Ability to analyze data

  • Review and maintain data on multiple platforms simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Strong intrapersonal skills

  • Results oriented; effective as both a team member and independent worker

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with deliverables completed on time and with high quality

Education
2-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

$26.74 - $44.56
