Requirements

  • Education: Recent graduate from any Business Major
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
  • Have basic knowledge or experience of the remittance industry and customer support roles
  • Experience with G Suite products
  • Open to working on weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various schedules
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Open to working on several weekends

Key Responsibilities

  • KYC Review & Verification:
    • Review customer documents (ID, proof of address, etc.) to verify their identity and ensure they meet internal and external regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure timely and accurate document processing to maintain a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
  • Partner Communication:
    • Liaise with disbursement partners to share necessary information on verified customers.
    • Provide regular updates and ensure all compliance documentation is accurately transferred.
  • Compliance Support:
    • Stay up to date with KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
    • Report and escalate any discrepancies or issues in customer documentation to the specialized compliance team.
  • Data Maintenance:
    • Ensure all compliance records are accurately maintained in our systems, following internal indexing and archiving procedures
    • Assist in auditing compliance records periodically to ensure continued adherence to regulatory guidelines.
