In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact growth marketing function, drive data-backed decision-making, and work closely with product and sales to accelerate Smartcat’s go-to-market success. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to execute high-impact campaigns while building and leading a team that delivers measurable business outcomes. This role reports directly to the VP of Global Marketing.
In this role, you will:
Build and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies (paid, organic, ABM, web, and lifecycle) that drive a predictable pipeline and revenue.
Increase conversion rates across the funnel, optimizing website experiences, landing pages, and nurture flows.
Scale performance marketing programs to drive high-quality lead acquisition while improving CAC and ROI.
Implement marketing automation and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
Align marketing with sales and revenue teams to accelerate deal velocity and maximize marketing’s impact on revenue.
Develop a scalable reporting and analytics framework to measure performance and continuously optimize growth efforts.
Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a customer-obsessed, results-driven, and relentlessly innovative culture.
HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
Gain deep knowledge of Smartcat’s product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and GTM strategy.
Evaluate existing demand generation, performance marketing, and lifecycle programs to identify key opportunities.
Align with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams on revenue goals, ICP segmentation, and pipeline challenges.
Conduct a full-funnel audit (website, paid media, lead nurturing, attribution, reporting).
Establish early wins—quick impact adjustments to increase conversions or improve paid media performance.
Develop a growth roadmap outlining key pipeline acceleration initiatives and performance marketing optimizations.
Implement early-stage testing & experimentation (landing page variations, audience segmentation, retargeting refinements).
Define key growth metrics and dashboards to ensure full visibility into marketing performance.
Begin refining ABM and targeted paid media strategies for priority segments.
Roll out first major demand generation campaigns, including ABM, paid media expansion, and improved lead nurturing workflows.
Deliver a clear roadmap for scalable growth, aligned with revenue goals and product strategy.
Implement CRO strategies across the website, ensuring that landing pages and marketing flows are optimized for pipeline acceleration.
Ensure team alignment and execution efficiency, building a high-impact growth marketing function that consistently delivers measurable business outcomes.
8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.
Expertise in multi-channel marketing (ABM, paid media, content, email, in-product, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset—proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance optimization.
Deep understanding of PLG, SLG, and full-funnel marketing strategies.
Experience working closely with sales teams, driving alignment between marketing and revenue goals.
Hands-on experience with MarTech systems like HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo, and more.
Leadership experience in building, managing, and mentoring a growth marketing team.
