About the Position:

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to generate interest and drive leads for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing communications, to ensure alignment on messaging and maximize market impact.

Responsibilities:  
  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, interest, and leads for our products.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning for our products, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Content Development: Work closely with the content team to create targeted marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and social media content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, events) to drive leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop tools and resources to support the sales team, including product demonstrations, sales presentations, and training materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure product offerings and customer messaging alignment.
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.  
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing or demand generation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.  
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and digital marketing channels.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.  
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).  
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics to track campaign success.  
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The annual pay range for the role is USD $178,000 - $268,000.
