Job description

Rockstar is recruiting for a rapidly growing company that specializes in compliance operations within the healthcare sector. This client collaborates with leading healthcare companies backed by top Silicon Valley investors, serving over 2 million patient lives and managing more than $10 billion in annual medical spend. 

The Compliance Operations team is responsible for expanding operations of the client’s company through filing legal documents. They are process and detail-oriented experts at problem-solving and systemizing. They take ownership of their work while being active team players.

About the role

The business is growing quickly, with leading healthcare companies as customers (companies backed by top Silicon Valley investors such as Sequoia, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, Kleiner Perkins, Stanford, Khosla Ventures, and others). The clients currently serve 2+ million patient lives and manage $10+ billion in annual medical spend. (They include Rise Science, Lumeris, Scan.com, Apos, Eureka, and Mightier, to name just a few). With this growth, they are looking for an individual to step up as a Compliance Operations Specialist, working directly with their leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:

- Leading cross-functional projects that are leadership’s top priority. The individual will be working closely with the CEO.

- Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states.

- Managing the filing of critical documents to support the expansion of client operations in the US.

- Serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence with US government agencies.

- Conducting independent research and problem-solving to navigate complex government processes effectively.

- Systemizing workflows by documenting processes and ensuring they are clear and repeatable.

- Upholding high-quality standards by maintaining a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
